• Played a pivotal role in rejuvenating the vital force and significance of the "Art of Sculpture" of the state of Madhya Pradesh
• Spearheaded the movement to establish, then non existent sculpture department in Gwalior Art college encouraged several painters and other art students to devote their skill towards sculpture art
• Provided guidance and manual demonstrations to sculptors, art students, painters, architect and engineers so that they may develop an understanding and aptitude towards this particular field of art
• Collected various artefacts from North East India for festival of India and Japan
• Was commissioned to curate the art collection for numerous government and non government institutions including that of Madhya Pradesh Bhawan in New Delhi, Raj Bhawan in Bhopal, Reserve Bank of India in Bhopal, State Bank of Indore in Indore and Bhopal, Proctal and Gamble in Bhopal, Palm Grove club in Bhopal and for many other private establishments
• Was a jury member for several National and International art competitions and was assigned the responsibility of a commissioner for organising the exhibitions based on Indian Modern Art
• Remained associated with Barat Bhawan in Bhopal for nearly twenty years and by working there in various capacities played a major part in establishing its international reputation
• Apart from pursuing the art of sculpting, devoted many years as a theatre artists by doing leading roles in several plays derected by the famous drama directors of that time
• Did scenography for several plays. Have been honoured with many nominations and have worked successfully as an advisor, consultant and member of various executive boards related with art and non artistic activities
